How much have you interacted and connected with people from backgrounds different from your own this year?

If you're not expanding your cultural competence, you're not creating new outcomes, especially for historically excluded people. Given the diverse public we serve, not only are your design skills becoming obsolete, you're missing out on the opportunity to become a more impactful designer.
