Reflect on your design work in 2024 - challenge #3

Today I’m sharing the final year-end challenge to reflect on designing for identity. Ask yourself this question and really think about it:

From your first professional project to your current project, what new outcomes have you achieved for the end users? And the world?

If you're not expanding your cultural competence, you're not creating new outcomes, especially for historically excluded people. Given the diverse public we serve, not only are your design skills becoming obsolete, you're missing out on the opportunity to become a more impactful designer.
